Dr. Lanre Ogunyemi MBBS MRCS(Glasg) DLO FRCSEd MSc FFOM CIME FFOMI FACOEM FRCPI

Dr Lanre Ogunyemi is a Consultant in Occupational Medicine. He is the President of the UK Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM). He is the past Chief Examiner for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM), UK, and current Chief Examiner for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians, Ireland.
His occupational medicine training and first consultant role was in the National Health Service (NHS). He has been in independent full-time OH practice since 2008. He is the principal medical adviser to a number of national industries, including rail, higher education, emergency services, food manufacturing, and various small to medium enterprises. He is the Medical Director for Trinity Occupational & Public Health Solutions Ltd (TOPHS Ltd), a key provider of occupational health services in East Midlands, covering a broad range of industries. The company also offers FOM-approved training courses for the FOM’s Diploma in Occupational Medicine and Diploma in Occupational Health Practice Professional Qualifications. He is passionate about promoting occupational medicine training and shaping future generations of occupational health practitioners and describes himself as a jobbing occupational physician and medical educator who champions collaborative, innovative, and strategic leadership.

 

Dr. Aaesha Hashem MBBS MRCGP MSc MFOM  FFOM  PhD

Dr. Aaesha Hashem brings 20 years of technical, managerial, and advisory experience in managing medical, Occupational health, HSE & sustainability issues in Oil & Gas (Exploration, Drilling & Operations) establishing & maintaining high professional standards for Corporate & field-based operations. Demonstrated high levels of expertise in organizational development, managing operational risks, social development, Occupational Health, Cultural transformation, sustainability, Emergency response planning, and development of organizational performance indicators. Consultant Physician in Occupational & Family Medicine.
Education: PhD (Family Medicine), The Arab Board of Health Specialization MSc (Science of Health Care Management) Royal College of Surgeons Ireland Bachelor of Medicine & General Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Dubai.
Specialized Training: Advanced Diploma in Occupational Medicine, Manchester University UK Diploma in Occupational Medicine, Royal Society of Public Health, UK OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor Advanced Incident Investigator.

Dr. Mutasim Mohamed MBBS MD MPHTM JBCM  ArBCM MFOMI FACOEM

Full-time occupation physician since 2008. Currently works as a senior consultant occupational physician in Ireland. He also works as an independent consultant, subject matter expert, and tutor for the High Diploma of Occupational Medicine organized by iHeed and the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. Among other degrees, he received his membership from the faculty of occupational medicine of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine
from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. He is board-certified in Community Medicine from Jordan Medical Council and the Arab Board for Health Specialities. He is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
He has a special interest in Medical Centre Occupational Medicine, Mental Health and Work-related Stress, workplace risk assessment and injury prevention and management, Travel Medicine, Health Surveillance, Group Health, and Mass Gatherings, Education and Training.

 

Enass Awad Abdelrahman MBBS MD MPH FACOEM

Enass Awad Abdelrahman is a Consultant in Occupational and Environmental Medicine with 18 years of experience in the field. She is the Medical Director of the Occupational and Employee Health Clinic at UC Davis Health in Sacramento, CA.

 

Dr. Mohamed Musa MBBS MD FFOM

Dr. Musa is a Consultant Occupational Physician at St James’s Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. He has over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry in Abu Dhabi, working with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. Dr. Musa trained in occupational medicine through the University of Manchester and the Irish Faculty of Occupational Medicine, obtaining his MGOM in 2014. He is passionate about education and has supported many young doctors through their FOM exams. Dr. Musa is also a FOM Examiner for the MFOM examination.
