This month, we are proud to launch Women’s Health at Work Month, a dedicated initiative focused on creating safer, more inclusive, and health-supportive workplaces for women. Workplaces were not always designed with women’s bodies, health needs, or caregiving realities in mind. From musculoskeletal strain and ill-fitting PPE to under-recognized heart disease symptoms and mental health pressures, women face unique challenges that deserve focused attention and action.
Our Objectives
- Highlight gender-specific health challenges in the workplace.
- Promote inclusive workplace policies and practices that support women’s physical and mental well-being.
- Encourage employer commitment to women’s health, safety, and equity.
Throughout the month, we will move beyond awareness and toward meaningful dialogue and practical solutions.
Key Activities
- Awareness campaigns highlighting real challenges and evidence-based solutions.
- Educational Content & Resource Sharing covering ergonomics, reproductive health, and mental well-being at work.
By investing in women’s health, we strengthen productivity, retention, safety, and organizational culture. Let’s work together to ensure every woman feels supported, heard, and protected at work.
